So in my previous blog about elf I stated that I was going to be going to target on Sunday which was this past Sunday looking for elf products and that's exactly what I did!! Now I could have bought more but there are times where I am cautious of my wallet or shall I say my hubbys wallet lol. We had to get other stuff too! I just don't know how people afford to buy high-end makeup like every weekend, for example: 30.00 for a foundation and then 30.00 for a eyeshadow palette and 15.00 for a lipstick etc!!! I envy those of you that can do that hahaha! Anyway heres what I got and I will definitely be adding more to my collection!!
This is the neutrals palette, it was 5.00 and when I seen it I just had to get it because I have been eyeballing these on the elf website everytime I visit it! And I just absolutely love these colors. I think you can wear them everyday without going overboard! It also came with a mini primer and a mini eyeliner! I mean you can't beat the price for all of this. And I have tried out two so far and they are pigmented! I'm sorry I did not swatch them, if you would like me to do that, I would be happy to do so!!
This is the face primer from the elf line and I have never used a face primer in my life for makeup! I mean I really did not even investigate makeup until like a couple months ago. But from every video or something I read, it states that primer makes your makeup last longer! I wore it today and at first I thought this stuff was a spray but its a gel! Heck to be honest I can' exactly tell if it helped my makeup last longer because GUYS THIS GEORGIA HEAT IS INSANE!! Its like as soon as I walk out the door my makeup is melting off, primer or no primer hahahaha!!! Makes me not even wanna do my makeup! So i'm going to keep using this and look at my face at the end of the day because honestly I have not looked at my face since I got home.
This was six dollars!!!
Okay and I got two brushes, and i'm really wishing I would have got more brushes, these were only a dollar a piece. I'm wishing I would have got the stipple brush!! God what was I thinking? Anyway the one on the left is a concealer brush and i'm not sure if i'm going to use it for that. I think it may be small enough to use for eyeliner but I have not tested it out yet. The one on the right is a blending brush. When I started looking at this in the package, I thought "This thing is probaly flemsy" no its not its really sturdy and it did a great job today when I was doing my makeup. I should have got two of those!! I know I can always go back to target but we have two targets here. One of the targets that is more close to me does not have the elf products, I have NO IDEA WHY!!! So I have to make a longer trip to the other target to get elf products!
So this concludes my few elf products haul!! The reason I did not get more brushes is because I have the set of ecotool brushes I ordered off of ebay coming this week and i'm going to try those out and see how they do! And I will post a review of them and etc!! If those don't do justice i'm going back to target to get more elf brushes!! Heck i'm probaly going back anyway to get more elf products!! Also i'm going to be testing out my camera and i'm thinking about starting youtube videos! We will see how that goes. I might start tomorrow testing it out! It depends on how I feel, today my allergies and sinuses have been horrible!!
Anyway as always thanks for reading and if you have any comments, suggestions, etc leave in the comments section!

EcoTools and e.l.f. are my two number one purchases. I have tons of brushes from both and I definitely can't compare them. half the time I can't tell you which ones I'm using because they're both so amazing. I've used the concealer brush to do detailing in makeup (leopard print and bold designs) and it works amazing.
ReplyDeleteOh yes I got the ecotool brushes and they are really nice!
